We now have 134 Brisk Walking Clubs in Northwest CDC with 55,000 regular walkers. Great way to get neighbors to interact informally and build social cohesion.

Team Singapore at the Asian Para Games Guangzhou 2010
I must admit I have always found the Para Games more moving and meaningful. Beyond just celebrating physical ability, these games are really about honouring the human spirit and relationships.
Every single athlete is already a champion when you consider what they (and their families) have been through to get here.

Demolition proceeding smoothly and on schedule so far. We expect this to be completed within next couple of months.
